February 13th - SLC Track Club Winter Series 10-k 

April 3rd - Striders 1/2 Marathon

May 15th - Ogden Marathon

June 12th - Cache Valley Classic Triathlon (Olympic)

Back in Salt Lake. Run up City Creek. Total time: 59:12.  Pace: 8:10.  Will probably get a few more in this evening on the TM.

4.1 more miles on the TM in the evening. Total time 30:56. Av pace: 7:33

Way to jinx him Kelli.

Man. I can run a 7:33 pace for 4.1 miles, but not after running 7.25 miles in the morning.

Kelli - you are right about staying healthy. The key to getting faster for me is consistency and staying healthy.
