February 13th - SLC Track Club Winter Series 10-k 

April 3rd - Striders 1/2 Marathon

May 15th - Ogden Marathon

June 12th - Cache Valley Classic Triathlon (Olympic)

Did mile repeats on the TM.  Haven't done these for so long I didn't know what to expect.  So I stayed conservative and ran them at 10-k pace.  It was a good push but never got into puke zone.

2 miles warmup

1 mile repeats @ 6:58 and 0.5 recovery at 8:00 pace (5 times)

1 mile cooldown

total time: 1:16:06

av pace: 7:37

Good training Lyman! Can't wait to see you do it unconservatively (if that even is a word lol) I think you could do 6:30 repeats if not faster.

Vinh - 6:30 mile repeats, only if I can puke without it going all over the TM (messy)

Samantha - yes I did! I found to good chocolate sources on my floor. You are turning me into a fat pig!
