First 3 miles was slow (8:40 pace).  Too slow.  It was uncomfortable, awkward to run at that speed.  Last 5 miles bounced the pace around between 7:53  and 7:30 pace, which was actually easier.

Total time: 1:04:12

Av pace: 8:02

Great run Lyman! Too bad we can't say that 7:30 is too slow huh? That is probably what Ryan Hall says to himself.

Great Run, yeah I find that sometimes 7.30 much easier, but some days well 8min is all I can cope with :)
