Two miles warmup and 6 miles at MP.  Still not feeling 100%.  Went to the doctor today, who wanted to run all sorts of test....so I got poked by a needle.

That doesn't sound fun.

I hope all is okay.

I know that it takes quite a bit to convince a man to go to the doctor's.

(Nice run, btw.)

You have had a week!!! Busy, busy, blah, blah, and now the doctor. I hope everything is okay and that the needle didn't pinch too much (I hate those things!)

Dogs are HARD to train to run, sounds like you two are off to a good start. They do make the best running buddies, I miss mine!

You ran with your dog? ....My dog...oh my goodness..she's a Lab..She is slow! I wish I could train her but I'm too impatient.

Teena Marie - you are right, it does take alot for a guy to see a doctor. My wife made me promise I would go for a physical when I turned 40 (two years ago...) So I've put it off too long. It was just your regular 40-year old checkup.

Kelli & Missy- I went running with Tommy again on Saturday. Shorter this time but he his tough. I ran two sub 7 miles and he had no problem with it. I am lucky!

You are lucky---and you are fast!!!!
