AM - treadmill run.  1 warm up mile and then maintained a 7:54 pace for 4 miles.  It felt harder than usual.  I'm probably feeling the effects of yesterday's 800s.

PM - 8.5 miles up City Creek Canyon.  Should have had lunch before I left.  By the time I got back to the gym I was ready to walk right into Carl's Jr and get me the biggest hamburger they have.  Of course I didn't. I'm all talk.  Easy pace up and down the canyon.

Sometimes those burger calls are hard to resist...maybe if it had been a Red Robin burger you would have succumbed.

Good running this week!

I honestly feel sick if I eat a large hamburger right after a run. I sure was tempted but I knew better. And I would take a Red Robin hamburger over Carl Jrs. There happens to be a Carl Jr right in front of the gym, so I have to run by it twice a day. I'm yet to walk in but its only a matter of time...

Bring cash on your run and run thru the drive thru for kicks! :)

Had to laugh at the Carl Jrs comment - thats tempting when you run to City Creek and back and have to run past it twice
