Psuedo tempo run.  I started out slow, at about a 9:00 mile pace and gradually increased the pace and did the last 3 right around a 7:12 pace.  Felt good, not too hard.

Great run Lyman! I plan on doing a 1 hour run tonight. Not sure if it will be a tempo or not..I might just see how far I can go in 1 hour.

Finished the book, finally! Kind of an odd book, a good insight into autism for sure.

What should I read now???

Kelli - I am in the middle of a very good read if you like history and can read spanish. I got a book about Pancho Villa for my b-day in August and just now getting around to reading it. Its 1000+ pages but written much like a novel rather than a biography. May not be your cup of tea...

I guess I am out, I do not know any Spanish!
